Welcome to Carillon Lakes, a 24-hour guard-gated community nestled between Tampa and Orlando, off the Polk Parkway and I-4 corridor. This Central Florida community offers easy access to our Florida theme parks and attractions, such as Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Legoland, Disney World, Universal Studios and many others. We are located close to Lakeside Village, which offers restaurants, hotels, shopping and movie going experiences.
The city offers state-of-the-art medical centers such as Lakeland Regional Medical Center and Watson Clinic Health Systems.  Lakeland is the home of the Detroit Tigers spring training, Lakeland Magic basketball team, Florida Tropics Pro soccer team, and the Flying Tigers Minor League baseball team.  The RP Funding center hosts Broadway musicals, a variety of entertainers, conferences, exhibits and more.

Our community provides a robust offering of single family homes and carriage home condominiums. These homes are located amongst nature preserves, fresh water lakes, winding nature trails and beautiful wildlife. Outdoor amenities include bicycling, fishing, sidewalks throughout, a children’s playground, Junior Olympic Pool, hot tub, and tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. We also have two beautiful clubhouses that include a fitness center, card and crafts rooms, billiards room, library, yoga space and large and small event spaces. The music from our Carillon Bell tower rounds out the uniqueness of the Carillon Lakes Community experience.

Your Web Access Committee would like to wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day!
